    PA6000x toner chunks

I have a PA6000x that keeps leaving toner chunks on prints. The fuser roller gets coated in toner which then starts leaving toner chunks. I change the fuser, and it works fine until the toner starts building up on the fuser again. I tried changing the drum/developer/fuser this last time, but after 2 months, the issue is back. OEM toner is being used. Any one have any ideas?

    Thanks!

This is the same issue that was never taken care of in their previous versions
Adjusting heat and timer settings does nothing to help this.

You replace the fuser unit, which is good until the pressure roller builds up toner again.

    *Kyocera tech support is clueless.

Plan on cleaning that roller with alcohol a few times a year for free if it is on a per-call basis.

Any chance they are running labels or thicker paper with out setting the media type properly? Might need to bump the heat up.

That was my thought. Are they running heavy media on plain paper settings? Is it genuine toner? Both of these can produce the symptoms that you are seeing.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Set the paper type to bond on the printer.

Machine speed and duplexing will be unaffected.

By default the driver media type is unspecified so the printing works the same for the customer.

Genuine toner, and just plain paper. I will try setting the the paper type to bond! Thanks!

I have seen this twice now. I warrantied both and Kyo wanted them both back.
