Hi,
Pita we have a machine that will randomly pick-up the second side of the page on the first side when scanning. It's as if they are using thin paper and it shines through but they aren't, paper is 80gsm and it's totally random when it wants to do it.
Cis scanner for 2nd side doesn't have the problem only when they scan the 1st it will shine through.
We've tweaked the machine to death trying every user setting to do with the scanner and nothing offers a permanent fix. Tried all the obvious prevent bleed through, background adjust etc.
Is there anyway to adjust it in service or is possible the optics are out in some way I don't know about?
I do have the test sheet a but I'm not sure if that sets up the background.
We have two identical machines and one plays ball with the same settings and other does not.
Appreciate any help.
