Ecosys 2540dw blank pages

Hi all, I have a Ecosys 2540dw that prints blank. Have swapped DV and drum. Any other ideas rather than PWBs. Has anyont fixed tis? Most Likely issue?

Check if the drum cover is damaged. Sometimes the hinge is damaged and causes the cover not to open. It is best to remove the cover from the drum and check without it.

EDIT: I see, you checked drum unit. Looks like power issue.

Make sure the guide for the drum is properly seated .

Are the internal prints blank also?

Did you try turning off the machine, reseating the drum/DV units? Very common problem if you don't turn the machine off.

We have seen blank pages on copy and print several times on this series of printers and MFP's. Every time so far, it has been a main board. Hope this helps.
