Ive replaced the blk drum unit, main drive unit with motor, Ive tried an entire known working imaging section with all drums, developers and belt with no resolve. I've even ran U021 with new firmware.
Assuming all the parts above rotate freely then you’d be looking at the main board. Being a main motor rotation error, remove the motor from the assembly and see if it rotates on its own when the machine starts up. If it doesn’t then it’s likely your issue is electrical, ie, plugs, or board.

You've already replaced enough parts to replace the whole machine. Hated this model when we had them in the field, wasted so much money on a cheap machine. Might as well be an Office Max inkjet printer with how much toner and drums you go through.
