Kyocera P7035cdn paper back side stripes

    Hello

I print labels with the Kyocera P7035cdn.
I use the front indent for this purpose.

Only when I print there do I have red stripes on the back.
    Down from the cassette not.

Does anyone know what that might be ?

It's not that annoying because you throw away the sheet anyway.

I'm going to guess that the primary transfer belt is not performing second transfer completely, depositing primary transfer waste toner on the second transfer roller, then onto the backside of the paper.

Does it help to select Thick1 or Thick2 media type for your labels? Labels are not Plain paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Use Thick1 or Thick2, depending on the gsm of your labels. =^..^=

What does the setting Thick1 or Thick1 do ?
The manufacturer does not specify paper thickness.
          It is AVERY Zweckform 3659.

Slows the machine down. Increases heat and transfer bias.

It's not paper thickness, it's paper weight (Grams per Square Meter). It's easy to calculate:

Weigh 1 sheet of labels on a precision gram scale, divide that number by the percentage of 1meter area the page represents. Them you'll have gsm.

Changing the media type changes a lot of things. It slows down the machine to increase fusing time. It increases the fuser temperature to correctly fuse toner to heavier paper. It increases transfer current so that more of the toner transfers from the belt to the label. =^..^=

                When in doubt, thickness 2
