Did I say I HATE those little....

    ...... Kyocera/Utax printers?

I have one here, a Utax P-4020DN, with only 10k on the clock.

Paper A4 80 gr is running fine all the time, no problem at all with printing single and multi sheets A4 80 gr.

Printing single sheets A4 90 gr also without any problem. But printing multipage jobs, A4 90 gr jams when the print job consists of two or more sheets. Both are jamming, the 1st one comes partially out and jams having the 2nd sheet on his tail with about 3 cm distance to the 1st. sheet. No markings or nicks on the paper visible.

Any ideas where to look, please?

Since the only consistent issue with these units is the fuser, I would try that first.
        Hope that helps !

Try via web command centre, ipaddress/eventlog
ie 192.168.0.50/eventlog in your favourite web browser.

Cannot log in. Machine seems to have a fixed IP.
I want to set it to DHCP, but the network settings in the machine display are asking for an ID .
Any workaround? Service Tech master ID?

Do you know the IP but can’t log in? Try 4000 and 4000 or Admin and Serial number. Unless you are in a zone that requires the new stupid PSTIA login code then your screwed.
Don't know IP , use “Advanced IP Scanner”. Google it. Or print out status page.
Looking at your jam I’d say it’s gonna be the usual J4211 error. New fuser required but if it isn’t under warranty then it simply won’t be a viable fix. Where I am I can buy a complete printer for the same price as a fuser unit.
