Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
What have you done so far? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
That's a good one not seen that before. At first it looks like Devs but the first sample you put didn't have the fault.
Gonna sound mad but first thing I'd do is mix up all the drums just to see if it changes then put them all back. I'd do every setup possible in service mode.
Is the fault only on those samples or is it on everything? After that really you need to try a different Dev just to see if the fault stays. Customer have another machine you can swap one of the Devs with just to check?Comment

By chance, is "ECO" mode on?
does the phenomena appear in other test prints like "single color" sky-shots? or process-black sky shot?Comment

Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
It looks like a low developer condition but doubtful since it's on all the colors.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
Check U465/Stress for value 90 or 478.
If still one of these values after running calibration, maybe problem with transfer belt.
In case of C7620 on eventlog, problem with belt.
Otherwise i would check secondary transfer contact.
Contact is coming from transfer belt.
Check spring in the upper right corner behind the beltComment

Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
I've seen a couple of these with high B/W usage (400+k) and very low color usage (less than 40k) just drain the color developer units. Slowly, so no one notices at first. I had to replace the developer units.Comment

Re: Task alfa 3252 ci color problem
I've seen two very similar patterns at 600k you get dark patches in zig zig pattern and if they do no colour and 600k black over 2-3 years it kills the colour Dev units get the dreaded zig zag voids. So either it's Dev going bad from age or its slowly depleted and machine can't replenish it.
U155 allows you to view the Dev sensors but I don't really know what readings should be.
Shame there's no way to say don't calibrate colour unless it's used.Comment
