    Kyocera 9001i drum cover assembly

    Hello guys,
    Part number is 302NJ94270
Somehow this part broke and I recently tried replacing it.
Made sure it was properly lined up but notice on the left side there was nothing holding onto it.

I took two pictures to see if this help

    Thank you guys in advanced.

You're missing a light gray "pin" with a snap in the end to retain it. It looks like this:
It does not appear separately in the parts manual.

Edit: It looks EXACTLY like this, LOL:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Correction, not too sure how to edit the title, but it was a 9002i

We were able to order the part, man such a pain in the ass lol.

Had another issue and it actually messed with the secondary transfer belt
Shifted the belt and caused it to crumble.

So we have to update the firmware and do some sort of measurement.
I'll upload the instruction with the new transfer belt.

          .
this didn't cause the transfer belt to shift: the new yellow-dot material belts do that all on their own and need alignment using shims.

Here is the bulletin for the TX belt alignment, hopefully you didn't toss your spacers:
