Hi all, just wondering if anyone else other than @er0str4tus and I use this Kyocera app?

ServiceNAVI Plus – Apps on Google Play

Though limited in the amount of models it covers, it's still pretty useful as most jam/fault codes are the same irrespective of model names/numbers. You can also download the model/s you want to your device so you can still use the system even if you have no internet connection, some pretty good videos on how to remove various components too. This does make some of the models take up a fair bit of storage though..

I tried to use it but it says my KFS user is invalid. Go figure because I use KFS every day.

Use it.Wish it covered older models.

I used it for a while. When you download the manuals, it takes a lot of space on your phone. I take my laptop into most every call, so I didn't find it real useful, other than the bulletins were all on there. I can always tether to my phone and get them on my laptop if I don't have wireless access though.
