Copystar CS-255C need a part please

Hi Guys... I know its old, I know some stuff isn't available, but I have a customer who uses this machine strictly for labels & the T/S belt assy is clicking, I removed & swept out as much as I can & it stopped clicking, but thought I would see if anyone had one on the shelf they want to sell.... The best price I found was a bit over $200 plus shipping ..any help appreciated?

One thing I wasn't sure of, will the TR896A from FS-c8525 work? The drums & dev units interchange, wasn't sure about the T/S belt

Before ordering stuff, you should check to see if the primary transfer waste spout is clogged, or gears spun on the shaft. It's very common. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yep... I totally agree... I swept out the auger as much as I could, everything on the belt moves freely including the waste auger when spinning the belt around & it is dumping into the waste container. This is the original transfer belt & the machine has 300K on it. Belt is worn pretty badly & needs replaced before it snaps. or starts having quality issues. I know about the issues with the primary auger plugging up & even where the shaft froze & gears spin freely... Thanks

        I suspect that you won't be able to swap the TR-895A 302K093071 (primary transfer belt unit KM-205C, KM-255C) as an exact substitute with TR-896A 302MY93061 (FS-C8020MFP, FS-C8025MFP, FS-C8520MFP, FS-C8525MFP), or TR-8315A 302MV93071 (primary transfer belt unit KM-2550ci, KM-2551ci). They are all Hanabi's.

BUT, if you were desperate enough, perhaps you could transfer the consumable parts: belt, cleaning unit, gears etc, to the old transfer frame.

I saw a lot of parts listings on the internet. I would think you could find a new TR-895A. =^..^=
