I add toner manually then run drum refresh, dev. refresh and color calibration/color adjustment quality was very good after some print problem again I open right cover and check toner motors cyan toner motor dos not rotate. Has anyone seen this before?

I've had this EXACT problem happen with a 5030 with the EXACT same motor. Try switching the cyan motor with another color. Pain the the ass to do though. Remove all four toners, developers, drums, high voltage board and all the wires and such. If the problem follows the motor, then replace it. Depending on how old the machine is, the motor has been updated. It looks completely different and you'll be questioning if you accidentally ordered the wrong motor, but it works. I would have just ordered the entire drive unit, but $250 vs $40...

          Firmware for this is available

Kyocera has changed the firmware for cyan units failing. Check kmaconnect for latest firmware. I have seen this also on 5030's.

To download firmware you need an account for the Kyocera Extranet.
