    6002i with random J6310 codes

I've looked around and it appears to be a common issue and there is a bulletin out for it, H020, but when I go to Service Bulletins for this machine I don't see it. Where are you guys finding this bulletin?

    Thanks

    J6511.pdf
It's on Astea if you search 0H20.
    Hope that helps !

Go to My Kyocera > Technical Support > Tools & Resources > Service Portal
It's their searchable database, but it doesn't work very well. It's supposed to be
changed to a different format soon. Not that it'll be any better, but it can't be worse.

It's also on the service navigation system.
        Hope that helps !

Are there instructions somewhere on how to do these changes that I missed somewhere? Thanks for all of your help!

Also now that I went there this morning I have tried to log into that before and could never get it to log in using my credentials for some reason.
