    Jam 511 Kyocera M3655idn

    hello,
we have a problem in an M3655 that comes out with a lot of constancy the jam code JAM 511,

this jam apparently indicates that the origin is from the register and that is why I have changed the PARTS CLUTCH 50 Z35R SP (302KV94520) piece without success, I have also changed the FK, I have given more pressure to the springs of the registration sensors, I have also changed the PARTS HIGH VOLTAGE UNIT SP board (302LV94060) but I still have the problem... all without success.

Any suggestion? is a derivation possible?

      Hi guys,

I have the same problem on a M3655idn, 120k copies on it.

      How did you resolve?

      Thank you in advance,
      Kyove

Make sure this sensor on the drum and the cavity it shoots into is clean. The cavity collects dust, you can just quickly spray it out with air.
