    [Dead] Kyocera Ecosys PA2100cwx

I just got a new Kyocera Ecosys PA2100cwx printer.
test print on the machine fine.
Installed the drivers on my Windows 10 desktop (installed it as COM3 and as virtual USB001 - Not sure this was the right decision but I had no clues)
Printer and desktop linked by USB cable.
On the printer list on the desktop I have PA2100cwx and PA.. (KPDL) and PA.. (KX) two times (COM3 and USB001).
Anyway, when trying to print to a printer then it changes his status from ready to error.
On the Kyocera-screen there is an USB-station line but with nothing to set. I suppose that is OK because there is nothing to set, just plug the USB-cable.
Other options like WiFi might be working or have workable settings (like SSL) but I suppose these are unrelated to what I want to do : printing by an USB connection.

Anyone clues about what I might have forgotten ?
    Thanks a lot !

Try to repeat the installation by downloading the KX DRIVER_8.2.0623.exe with the usb port connected to the printer. Does Windows have any updates installed?

      Thanks GIUBOSS.
But why do they have so many drivers?
The download (ZIP) of 8.2.0623.exe itself contains again many apps.
      I will try it.

Windows will also add a their wsd driver as well which is pure garbage and will cause printing issues as well such as "load paper" issues. As mentioned above install the latest KX driver as Kyocera updates their drivers to correct printing issues related to OS and updates.

          Thanks,
KPDL driver from Kyocera seems to do the job (one out of their collection, why so many ?)

Good question, maybe someone else with a better answer than me can answer.
