    ? on copystar 1500

I have a copystar 1500 with 34K on it and the copies are light with lighter streaks running thru the page. after inspecting the process unit, I can see the striping on magroller. The toner cartridge feels empty but no toner light on. could it be that it only needs toner. I don't keep that toner on hand so though I ask before ording.
    Thanks for any responce

        5. p.u is broken. literally. known to happen, springs and stuff flying off, i.e. too much gap between drum/mag.

Thanks guys I think I'll need the toner. p.u. doesn't appear broken. took hopper on toner part of p.u. apart and cleaning the mag may be an idea
I don't have the codes for internal print unless it is in intravia's and it could be generic toner (no copystar on cartridge) but it is made in japan
          Thanks

Press and hold the reset button 5 seconds and move to energy-saving mode. The lamp is shut
