Kyocera taskalfa 3510i screen stuck at start up

I have this mfp from kyocera, it is taskalfa 3510i, was working normally, but now cannot print or respond to any command because the display panel is stuck in a white screen with dark lines. I tried replace the main board and all was well. But now the cases and increasing. More than 3 other copiers are behaving the same way, its a challenge to get replacement main boards. Is there a way of fixing this problem? Please assist

At 99% of all cases with "Welcome" at Saturn range the FW Dimm was broken!

With broken Dimm the system won`t accept FW upgrade.

Edit: Disregard. I misunderstood. I thought it was stuck on welcome screen. You need to check cables and make sure everything is seated properly.

I've seen this same problem which is why we decided to stick with the 3511i's, they don't have that problem anymore.

I think this is the model that the ribbon cable under the control panel would come loose after the machine was moved. Check the ribbon cable.

I doubt its ribbons or otherwise. I have replaced the mainboards and the printer comes back to life, i wanted to know whether there is any remedy for the main boards that are not working. Its very evident that main board is the problem. I think i can give a try in restoring firmware. But i do not have the firmware. Any one with a link gor its download?
