    [Misc] Kyocera 3051ci problem in scanning from feeder while it's ok if i scanned from sca

    Here is my problem:
    If i wanted to scan any paper from feeder to a flashcards or just as a preview its colors are messed up with red background all over the resulted document20220814_093817.jpg
    While taking it from the scanner it seems fine 20220814_093847.jpg

    Any help regarding this?
    The tech has cleaned the mirrors of the scanner and made alot of trials but without any help so any idea what could cause this problem?

      I think that I'd run the CCD calibration charts. I had a machine a while back that the color table was entirely reversed through the DF. In my case, it made no difference running the calibration charts. I replaces the scanner PWB, then ran the charts to get a good quality image.

      There are two color tables stored to the scanner PWB: one table for images scanned from the slit glass, and one table for images scanned off of the glass. In my case only one of those tables was corrupt. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I clearly remember encountering a problem with a corrupt color table (scan board) and you educating me on it. I have detailed notes of that conversation.
