    Re: ecosys 6230cidn /6630cidn

I once had a Gemini (ECOSYS M2126cidn) that was due for it's PM kit.

When I fired it up after installing all the parts, I heard a drive belt jumping sound, which turned out to be the timing belt that turns the primary transfer belt cleaning unit. After some investigation I determined that the primary transfer cleaning unit on the new transfer belt was quite difficult to turn. It was getting late in the day ... rather than fiddle with the new cleaning unit trying to loosen it up, I recovered the cleaning unit from the old transfer belt, and installed it successfully on the new belt unit. The drive belt did not jump, and I did not hear from that customer again.

    That's where I would look. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
