    TA5052ci jams when printing/copy color BW no jams

    We can make hundreds of BW copies or prints with no jams. When print/copy in color, jams 4208 at the fuser within 2-3 pages. Anyone seen this phenomenon?

      according to service manual looks like you are on track....

          What is the color coverage? Is it a full bleed? Have you tried adj. fuser temp? What is the count on fuser?

              Have you tried landscape and portrait see if makes a difference or different jam code .
