I have been fighting this one in my shop for about a month now. Changed the LVPS 3 times, the last one from Hytec. (Great Company). I changed the engine board. Changed the IH Heater Pwr Supply. Been through the service bulletins posted on this forum. Did Firmware update and got out of the firmware fatal loop where it won't come out of the update when turned off.There is a ton of great information on here but still am not getting anywhere. Haven't changed the feed PWB. (Have had this error on a 3551ci and the LVPS fixed it everytime) Changing the feed PWB tomorrow but any help would be very welcome and appreciated THANKS !!!

I've had to change an IH board on a Zeus before (8001i).
I've come across the things you suggest on the Alphard Venus, but not the Zeus. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
