Kyocera 5501i - print quality problem.

    Hi guys,
I am trying to fix Kyocera 5501i - see attached sample. Can somebody please share from their experience which roller causing this "dots" at the top of the page on attached sample. I cleaned (to my knowledge) every roller in the paper path but pesky "dots" still there. Thanks in advance for your help.

The problem is your Drum charge roller. Replace it or the entire drum unit.

Yes, primary charge roller. Repeating at 38mm intervals?

      Which sample is that? =^..^=
