    Image is light about 4cm at one side in the direction of paper move. Any idea?

      Need more info. Do you have the same problem when printing and copying?

      Also, what have you done to try to correct the problem?

        I am afraid i can;t give a sample because this a problem of a colegue from an other city. He Performed drum de humidity, developer initialazation and calibration. cleaned separation roller.

          Check the transfer belt, they sometimes shift and cause blank/light areas, also check the charge roller, they are cleanable ( damp lint-free cloth) or if it's in bad shape change it if you can. Also check the developer unit , the dev roller gets worn and causes quality issues. Hope this helps!
