Can anyone share any information you may have on this jam code? The jam will clear, however it occurs every time, first print. The lead edge is making it past the registration roller/sensor, but stops dead in it's tracks, and puts several Z folds in the paper. This is not a crash jam, as the lead edge isn't hitting anything.

Any ideas?

The sensor over the transfer roller is called multiple names in the service manual, so it sends you on a chase. It's in the right door, center above the transfer roller.
I just found this out a few weeks ago, but if you run U031, then system menu, start a copy then hit system menu again, you can watch the sensors change state.
If they are changing, then you're looking at a clutch, but usually you'll get them to at least pass intermittently.
