Kyocera CS 3552ci C7490 Eject Fan Motor Error

I'm troubleshooting a Kyocera CS 3552ci for a perpetual J4101 Jam issue, which I haven't resolved yet. In the meantime, this machine decides to throw a C7490 "Eject Fan Motor Error." Kyocera manuals have a bad habit of calling one part by several different names, depending on which part of the manual you're looking at.

I've checked all connections on the Feed Drive PWB, as well as the Feed Image PWB, and have found no loose connectors, nor bent, or broken pins.

Can anyone tell me if the "Eject Fan Motor," and the "Exit Fan Motor," are the same part, and where, exactly, is this part located within the machine? Judging by the parts location in the manual, and the correct name of the part, which I haven't determined yet, it could be located in two different locations.

    Please advise.
    Thanks Heaps!

I think the Feed Image PWB seems likely. Both those signals pass through that PWB. I think we've all seen strange issues with that board.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
