Try adjusting Loop Timing. Does this happen from all cassettes or just one? I'm sure you checked this already, but if the paper guides in the cassette are loose or set improperly it will cause the paper to feed crooked and could cause wrinkling as well. Is the image skewed on the wrinkled copies?

Have you considered a moist paper condition? I would walk in with a ream of fresh paper to test with. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What about the exit section? Are there any toner booggers?

if humid: plug in heaters in papermags. i'd do that and check if the papermags are aligned correctly, and maybe even pull out the belt unit to check for cracks. since you wrote you'd already changed the fuser, i assume you got a brand new one? old faulty ones made wrinkles at the end of a a4 sheet, and looked even worse on a3. actually several i changed looked just ok on a4, but wrinkled a3.

Have you fitted the modified transfer belt? This has little rollers to help guide the paper through a straighter path.
Also, if the machine has a finisher it needs to be in a very cool location or plenty of airflow as the finisher can cause the fuser area to overheat causing creasing.
