    [Error Code] 2 nd paper tray failure

    Hi friends,

    Kyocera taskalfa 3212 shows 2nd paper tray failure. i checkd paper tray clutch and tray mechanicam, every thing is good, even i changed the clutch but not funcioning. is it have any programing. please give the suggestion.

      Does it just not work, is it disabled, not feeding the paper, shows paper jam?

          Check the error log to see what the code was, run U906.

              Most of the time , the tray lift motor is at fault. Check the logs ect as mentioned
