I delivered a finisher to a customer that workedf well in my shop then delivered and now won't staple because it won't pull paper in evenly. I delivered another (exact same) finisher and has the same issue. They are using Quill paper. Does cheap paper make a difference with these. There was a time that paper was a taboo excuse. So what is happening Thanks so much for any response !!!

There are gray rubber paddles that pull the paper back in. The edge is square when new & gets worn down. If you don't have new ones, you can flip them over. They're relatively easy to unclip if you remove the finisher top cover.
