Kyocera 4501i accounting track problem

they have had copier for two years no problem printing. they turn on tracking everything works but every couple of days a print job hangs up. IT personal goes in removes print job and everything goes back to normal and works properly and then happens a again. Somes its is a word document / PDF / web page. just says printing but never finish job. Has anybody had a similar issue

If the job accounting was the issue, you'd get an invalid ID error. If you think it is related, you could allow unknown jobs to print.

Could be a font problem update the print driver and firmware

Wrong code would just delete the job

Also if there is old and new drivers on the same pc will cause havoc with account control.
