    Kyocera 3252ci toner bottle error

    Hi can anyone help me out.
    I have a task alpha 3252ci machine that keeps saying black toner bottle incorrectly installed
    Open front cover and reinstall.
    This happens after about 20 to 30 copies.
    Any advice great fully apprieciated

    check that all other containers are fully seated... they give confusing errors when they shift inside the housing.

    If the device is "adding toner" a lot, and then complaining about the black being empty, you will probably have to investigate the hopper unit for pluggage, or maybe the black DV isn't sensing toner properly.

      I've had that happen a few times. There's a bulletin about that but I don't remember which one. The fix is a little foam pad that goes on the toner container door to keep the bottle from backing out. The part number is 302ND94A20. The description is "Parts spacer container cover"

        That is for the colors only, not the black cartridge. I think some guys have had issues with the foam/mylar inside where the bottle goes.

          I guess I didn't read the bulletin thoroughly.... I put one on the black cover also....never been back

            Good morning
            I've had that same problem twice this week. First was a 4052ci. I had to remove and clean toner delivery system. There was a service code associated with this call. c7303. It had plugged up and wouldn't allow toner to dv unit.

            The second was a 2552ci. I could put old toner bottle back in and it would run but gave "generic toner message". After pulling all cartridges and reinstalling them the machine recognized the new magenta toner and started working. Checked on it a couple days later and so far so good. Not sure if this helps but thats what i have seen.
