    8353ci with C6770

    I have a 8353ci with a C6770 code at start up.
    Replace everything from the service manual states
    low voltage pwb, fuser, ih pwb, engine pwb, feed pwb, ih unit, updated firmware
    still having code C6770 every time at start up.
    Thanks for any help

    More likely a fuser rotation issue. Is the fuser rotating? Fuser drive?

      The 52 series used to throw a c6770 due to belt slip.

        i do not post login codes in public for any brand. but have you tried the code that allows you to do the typical reset for kyocera? just to see if it would clear that way?

          C6770 IH Low Power error
          When I have this, I check if the IH coil is seated in it's attachment and springs are resting properly.

          One specific traumatizing experience with C6770 , turned out to be FK separation bias supply arcing to the frame due to the HV output wire insulation breakdown as it passed very near the metal frame causing interference to the IH signal wires which pass closely by this HV PWB. It was a very intermittent problem, and there were many "red herring" distractions n the environment of that call for me.

          To find this stupid HV PWB, remove the top body corner cover above the IH PWB(where the 6501i monitor arm used to attach). This HV sep PWB is a little square board mounted up there by the fuser ventilation duct. The output wire should be re-routed so that it forms an "S" shape away from the metal frame instead of toward it.
