Are you trying to get to Service mode or the System menu?
if you are trying to get to service modes - try "status" button then 10871087.
if you are trying to get to System menu - try either UN: 4000, PW:4000 if it's a TaskAlfa or i think on this model it might be an Ecosys so try UN: 1200, PW: 1200

I do not think you can change the maintenance entry code.
You can change the system user and password yes.
Make sure you do not have any sticky buttons that interfere when trying to access maintenance mode. Most of the time it's sticky button.

ummmm there is another code besides the one you are using. but any of the codes shouldn't be made public. its very simple if you are a kyocera tech... just a series of numbers different from the ones you entered.Comment

if any other job is still waiting in the internal queue you don`t get access to 1087
open "Status", delete all visible jobs and try again.
Otherwise you has to ask KYO for special entrance code.
KDC can prepare 1 time entrance code for this serial number to get access.
