[Error Code] TA 358ci error C2700

Hi Guys
Having a machine TA 358ci with error C2700 and making loud clacking noise. Stripped the machine too fuallt find the issue but did not find any broken gears. The error description in service manual is "full color release error"
Service manual referring to TC belt release, TC belt sensors and primary Transfer Unit.

Checked all these units individually and checked and cleaned the sensors. Sensors all in place. All these units gears turn freely with no to little tension. Nothing making the noise.

Currently I am thinking in the direction of something not getting to a home position of some sorts.

Latest firmware update done.
No parts replaced yet.

Have requested a second hand primary Transfer to test.

Any suggestions or experience with this error scenario welcome, thank you.

Also check the pins on the connector...
1 Drive parts check Drive parts malfunction Execute U030 [Belt release] Check whether the drive gear rotates or has excessive load. Apply grease and repair parts
2 Checking the connection The connector is not connected correctly or the cables are faulty. Reseat the following wire connector. If there is no conductivity, replace the wire. TC1/2 Belt Release Sensor - Motor PCB, Transfer Release Motor - Motor PCB
3 TC belt release sensor check TC belt release sensor detaches or is defective Reassemble the TC belt release sensor 1, 2. If not resolved, replace
4 Check Transfer Release Motor Transfer Release Motor is not connected properly or is faulty Reconnect Transfer Release Motor If not resolved, replace
5 Replacing the primary transfer unit The lift drive of the primary transfer roller is defective Replace the primary transfer unit
6 Firmware update Firmware error occurred Update the firmware to the latest version
7 Replacing the motor PCB The motor PCB is defective Replace the motor PCB.

More than likely you need 302R431810. The shaft breaks that the gear rides on inside this holder. You have to remove the black plastic surrounding inside of the front cover to access it. I've replaced 3 or 4 and we keep one in stock now.
