Why didn't you post the black test page? That's the one we need to see moreso than the others. Also, there's a big void area on K on the multi-color test page. What have you done to troubleshoot the problem?

Size file was too big to attach it so I took a snapshot. I ran drum refresh, Developer refresh, calibration and toner curve adjustment all under maintenance/Adjustment in system menu. Inspected all drums and Develope and I did find a marks on black developer. That's about it.....

Well, the void area on K didn't show up on the full black test page. If I were you, I would print out multiple K test pages to see if the problem appears again.

Also, can you can scan all the test pages, print them, and post examples?

I'll see if I can go back tomorrow morning and do more troubleshooting. Thanks for helping me out Billy!

Did you did perform a laser cleaning and calibration when you went back before you printed the U89 pages? I see your transfer belt is dropping toner, which is quite common for this model, it will need to be replaced for a fix, vacuuming the blade area only prolongs the inevitable. I already know the answer to this one but I will ask any way, Are these OEM toners? If not, once you spend the money on a new developing unit which I am certain you will have to, do yourself a favor and install OEM toners along with it or you will be back in a few months with the same issue.

Yes I did the laser cleaning and calibration before printing U89. Unfortunately we use cheap aftermarket toners. We have been experiencing too many problems with transfer belts and developer and even toner hopper that has an auger inside to drive waste toner away and dumps it onto waste toner container. These parts don't last. It is the cheap Chinese toner that my boss provides the customer that is ruining most of the machine we have out in the field and therefore we have to order parts all the time as a results. And my boss has the audacity to complain that we are killing him with too many parts ordering Lol.......I just shake my head like really? Wow..lol...this company isn't gonna last forever.

Start your resume ASAP, your company is sinking because your boss is a terrible captain. Pennywise...dollar stupid, at the end of the day he only has himself to blame.
