TA 6052ci Customer is moving their office

We have a law office customer that will be moving their office soon.

The customer asked "we going to a cloud based, voice over internet, phone system. Is that going to affect our copier communication with the network?"

I don't think that will change the network too much in regards to printing and scanning. This machine does not have a fax.

Am I missing something? Do I need to ask the customer something and if so, what?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It really depends how they are using it. If they are using RDP and running a cloud based PC, sometimes you can only print locally via USB, not over the LAN. If they are just accessing a program online, more than likely it won't be an issue.
    Hope that helps !

If we're only talking about a VOIP phone system and not the actual internet, it shouldn't affect anything since there's no fax option...unless I'm missing something.

        That's what I needed to know,tmaged.
