              KYO OEM - That may be some official textbook answer but I've seen that rogue print jobs cause that. Simple fix, usually just delete the job, unplug the machine for a few seconds and plug back in.

                @Tom,
                thx to share your experience.
                I haven't heard this up to now, but I've noted it for myself.
                Based on my experience, at Tomcat series it`s related to unstable fix temp.
                When the paper reaches the registration roller, all subsequent components are scanned during the short stop for paper alignment and an incorrect fusing temperature is detected.
                There is no 6xxx c-call beforehand!
                This process is performed in all color and mono color systems, not only on 3212i.
