[Misc] Upgrade for TASKalfa 4054ci already initialized

Hi everyone, is it possible (perhaps via 10871087 or hidden code) to upgrade a TASKalfa 4054ci to the faster 5054ci model?
The machine has already been turned on and initialized, but the upgrade code has not been entered.

Easy answer: NO!!

Only 1 time during first start up you are able to terminate the final speed.

Your company would have to have purchased an Upgrade Kit (UG-38) to generate a License Key. If you did not enter a License Key to upgrade the machine when you first turned it on, then no.

And you would have known if you had.

Now I have turned a new machine on and the prompt comes up. I didn't input anything and turned the machine off. I was later able to put in a License Key.

But if you have the machine up ad going, then the easy answer from KYO_OEM applies.
