    TA 356ci ghosting

Hello everyone. As the post says have a 356ci that is ghosting on prints and copies. A MK A kit was changed and the tech assures me that the machine was switched off and unplugged before the kit was installed.Prior to that the machine was in house for a few weeks to correct a grinding noise. The toner supply was replaced for that issue and the machine was returned to the customer fully operational. Updated to latest firmware and replaced drums transfer belt and fuser. Tried different media types as well but no success. Any other suggestions?doc00001920231218185602_rotated.pdf

Ghosting from all colors or only one?
    Toner?
Status Page shows usage from not recognized toner for cyan.

OEM or third party aftermarket toners? Your cyan is not even showing up on the toner gauge.

looks like fuser controlling problem if tech mounted a new one, or wrong media type settings. (weight wrong)
Did tech checked image before fuser?
Do you have U000 for analysing?
