    M3540 incoming fax issue

    Hi guys.
    This machine is in a nursing home. They frequently have an issue with the machine locking up because an incoming fax is on 8-1/2x14, and they don't keep that size near the machine; besides, they are to stupid to follow the directions for putting that size in the bypass. I have set it to reduce incoming faxes to fit the page, but it refuses to do that. What am I missing?

      I would set up inbound routing. These places generally receive very large faxes. On these small machines that aren't multitasking, they can't print until the fax has been printed. Inbound routing eliminates that issue.
