    Kyocera M3645 Dark Streaks

I have about 10 of these machines we have taken on for a customer. A few of them seem to have dark streaks down the paper. The problem seems to originate from the main charge as the drums look barely worn. Is this a common problem with this model or is something else causing the issue. This machine does not seem to have a drum blade which causes this issue on the Konica and Toshiba's we work on. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Samples would be nice. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As mentioned above samples would be helpful. I can say this, I have had knock down, drag out, round after round fights with the charge roller on this and other machines similar to it. I clean them with brillianize, make sure it is dry and on to the next stop. If after market toner is in use be prepared to do this cleaning often, I mean very often. Use of OEM toner cuts way down on the frequency but doesn't eliminate it happening. I have gone the route of replacing the charger roller and have seen no appreciable difference from cleaning it except it cost more in hard parts.
If that's even what's going on. You may just need to clean the slit glass or the CIS or that doesn't have that. Sample?
      FWIW.

Since you have just taken over service it could be because of generic main charge rollers that other company was installing .
