[Misc] Kyocera MA2000W USB or WiFi printing does not wake up the printer from sleep mode

When you send a print job to the printer, it remains asleep until you press any key to turn it back on for printing.

I cannot disable sleep mode, and the default setting is 1 minute.

I would like to try a firmware update, but I cannot find the firmware on the Kyocera support link.

Does anyone have this model? If so, do you have this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

On other models, the fix is to set the sleep level from Energy Saver to Quick Recovery. This keeps the NIC from shutting down.
    Hope that helps !

are you using the kyocera print driver? or the generic windows junk print driver?
