6052ci Bypass paper size error

I am getting a error in the MP tray I will scan a letter size sheet it will print a few copies then it says to add correct paper even though the letter size is in there already it does it from scan and print.

The display tells you what media type and size it's looking for.

No kidding I know that. The problem is that it is looking for the size that is already there.

I believe I figured it out. It seems like it jumped a cog on the gear that is for the paper size sensor assembly as it was showing 12 x 18 when I had 11 x 17 in it. I was able to get it realigned so it reads correctly.
