Combine function or ID Copy when scanning to folder

Good day all. I have a customer that wants the ID Card function available when scanning to folder or email. Unfortunately it does not look possible. The combine function is what produces id card pics on the same page and its not available on the scan function. Tried the continuous scan but it comes out on separate pages.Is there any other way that anyone may know of?

Not that I know of. However if some one can make it happen I would love to know how.
I've had to do it just as you described several times.

The only way I find is to copy ID card with the ID card function and to scan... But we lose quality...

I have fielded the same question from customers, I'm not aware of any answers for that. How odd. Sorry.

the only work around i could think of is. turn your scan settings for the card read option to a level that makes a good quality print out. then scan the print out to the PC. yes it is extra steps that the customer isn't gonna wanna do.
