    Utax 5007ci streated prints with lack of cyan

    replaced dv and dk and carried out the
    calibrations, the machine runs for a few days and the defect reappears
    run U132 and calibrate again, the printouts return decent and rewind
    not have a code error and check hopper motor is ok
    i hope a hopper h defect?

    Try Stopping the print and check the transfer belt or swap a known good transfer belt and test with that.

      If you have one of those microscopes that shows individual color dots, I would see what colors are being laid down. My thought is transfer unit, however I would also run U087 prints to show the individual colors.

      Had a similar issue with a 5002i with spotty areas, and it needed the transfer unit values reset with U469 that someone didn't do after transfer unit replacement.
