    4501i Time for maintenance (T)

Screen says time for maintenance (T)
I cannot clear it through normal means, meaning sims 127, 167, 251, 930
maintenance preset counters are set to normal numbers
clock and date are set to correct dates and delivery date too.
I figured the (T) means Transfer, but transfer belt numbers are reset too
    Any tricks I'm missing here?

LOL! I haven't seen that in ages!

The installation date has not been set (or has been cleared). Set installation date in U278. Run U906 Partial Reset. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There was also a firmware fix for this message if I recall.

You can try going into maintenance mode. Code 251 clear maintenance counter

Not for "Time for Maintenance T"

As the others have said, Update firmware, set delivery date, run 906.
