    M2635 Drum Issues

I have an M2635 that keeps having problems with getting dark prints. If you change the drum, prints look fine again for another couple of months. In just over one year of being out in the field, I have replaced 3 drums. Last time this happened in January, I tried replacing the developer and drum, but just got the call today that its doing the same thing again. The life count on this printer is only 1811 so its used lightly.

They use OEM toner, and plain paper. I have attached a sample of what it is doing.

Anyone ever come across this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

Is that a pic or a scan. I am asking because of the edge erase?

as Tonerkiller has written, it`s important to know if we get margins or not.
in case of HV error, you get full solid print outs without any margins.
HV pwb contacts could be the reason.
Remove duplex unit, take out hv pwb and clean the hv contacts on the board and the springs.
Have had several faint images because of missing dv high voltage.
Maybe here we get missing contact for mc.
