c 3000 in km 4530

hai all.
i have a problem on km 4530. it is giving c3000 error code frequently.
our engineers are already changed the scaning lamp, scanner unit,df connectors, even main pcb also. i am new to that machine.

after switch off/on it is started working for some time, then again same.
recently only i replaced the pm parts . so i am not able to give more invoices to the claint.

is there any firmware update for this problem. pls guys . save me and the cutomer from this problem.

Firmware updates are never-ending....however, i've found most weirdness comes from a shorting main charger.

The KM45/5530 has a major issue with the solder on the connectors of the main pcb. The biggest problem area is the two connectors on the top (where the two shielded cables from thte scanner are located). take out and resolder the two connectors on the main pcb. If you still have an issue you will need to replace the main pcb with a repaired one. ATS only charges $400.00 where Kyocera charges $1004.00. (at least they used too, haven't checked the latest price list)
