KM-1525 copy problem

    KM-1525 copy problem

    Yesterday i service a Km-1525,. the problem is horizontal white lines,.

    i check the gear of developing, and replaced it, then check the developing MAGNET, then found out that the MAGNET developing have a blank around 2mm in wide that doesn't have a developer on it.... So i think, that is the problem... that causes white lines on the copy..

    anyone have suggestion on how were i fixed this?

      I'm not familiar with your KM-1525, but I think I'd probably replace the developing unit.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          i have seen similar problems where the charger wires get to loose and start to spin inside the charger like a jump rope and cause the white lines. these are like the old km-2030 or Ai-3010's.

                  yah maybe that the problem,clean and developer,if not check the scanner
