This is the side by side LCT. If you feed only from the left side it feeds fine. However if you try to feed from the right side it jams about every 10 -20 copies. I have replaced the conveyer base, all 4 clutches, the feed roller for the right side & swapped all the sensors. It still jams right by the roller on the bottom left tray. I replaced that as well.

I think you mean KM-3050. Try this one:
The plastic features that secure the left side pickup roller typically break. There is a new style feed frame, but there is a better solution. Drill a #40 hole through the metal flange that is flopping around, and tap the metal M3 x 0.5. Remove the metal plate and enlarge the hole in the plastic to #31. Countersink the plastic from the bottom side, so that an M3 flathead screw sets flush with the plastic. Assemble.
I have heard that the new style feed frame breaks in exactly the same place, and takes quite a bit more work.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Just did another one today. Here are the pix.
The first one is the finished view from the bottom showing the recessed screw head:

The second one is the drilled, tapped, and countersunk view from the bottom:

The third one is the finished top view showing the screw protruding slightly from the bracket:

The fourth one is the drilled, tapped view from the top:

Sorry for the tiny excerpts of the photos. The thread won't take the full JPEG files at 3 to 4 MB each. Honestly I'm amazed by the resolution. I thought I had cleaned up the unit after drilling, yet you can see every bit of plastic & steel dust. If you'd like to see the full sized pix send a private message with email destination. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

We have never had any of the new ones break. I keep them rebuilt on the shelf for both versions.
It's a lot easier than doing all that at the customer's office. Once you get used to rebuilding them you can do one in about an hour with the new frame."Some days you get the bear, some days the bear gets you."
