Try this:
I've been using it for years. It's safe and effective on most surfaces including your hands. It does a great job on PVC covers (as long as they haven't been chemically etched with something else). You can apply this product full strength up to (5) times to the same area before rinsing with water. After (5) applications there is a risk of etching the surface.
Some techs dilute it 50/50 with water, for use on ink, coffee, and other water based stains.
Since I've started using this product my hands & nostrils no longer crack & bleed. I strongly recomend it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

quick note... do not use steel brush on metal part of copier...
and you are actually removing plastic when doing this so do be gentle to the copier...Sad To Say I Don't Have a Life

Simple Green works pretty well. If the covers are really bad you can use rubbing compound followed by Simple Green. But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
