C6400 is a Zero-Cross Error. That means that the machine's power supply has detected a poor ground that interferes with the machines heat lamp control circuits. You'll need to do two things.

        1) Contact a qualified electrician to resolve your dirty AC power.
        2) Reset the error in simulation 163. This can be found in the manual.

        Good luck. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

press stop/clear,print , light, stop. 000 will appear Enter '163' using the up/down keys n the counter key then press print key CLR will appear press print key twice then --- will appears, machine will reset it self wait for a while. you 'may' have a bad heater lamp if code reappears or you have defective thermistor and bad worn out fuser roller
